The Woolworths Online Team is seeking Customer Service Representatives for their Woolworth's Supermarket Online team. This role will see you answering a combination of Woolworth's online order enquiries, order entry including up selling and cross selling, product information, website and general Woolworths enquiries. Your objections handling skills and passion for helping customers will be the key to your success.
This role will give you the opportunity to:

- Work 20-30 hours a week
The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous Call Centre and or Customer Service experience is preferred
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Ability to Multi-task
- Computer literacy and confidence in using multiple applications
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability work as part of a team environment
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Fantastic customer service skills
- A passion to be part of a successful team

Our opening hours are; Monday – Friday 6am to 1am, Saturday 6am to 10pm Sunday 8am to 7pm – The successful candidates will need to have availability between the hours of 6am and 10pm.
Availability on Monday, Friday and Saturday is essential however we will require you to have availability on other days also.
Rate of pay is $18.06 + $1.50 (OTE increases to $2.00 after 3 months)
If you are the successful candidate you will receive 8 days Full-time training which will be fully paid. This training will begin on Monday 13th May 2013.
This role is open to internal and external candidates.

In accordance with the needs of Salmat you will be located at either Parramatta or North Sydney and you may be asked to work at either or both sites during the course of your employment in order to meet the needs of Salmat and our client. For the avoidance of doubt both sites will constitute your usual location of employment.
