Salmat is Australasia's largest direct customer communications company with branches in all states of Australia, and we are currently looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Targeted Media Solutions distribute brochures, catalogues, leaflets and other printed material to home letterboxes right across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Sales Manager this exciting opportunity will see you responsible for growing and developing our client base and ensuring we gain maximum potential and growth of business from an established client portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining KPI budgets; both team and individual
Developing strategic sales opportunities – new and existing clients
Achieving profit levels and sales targets as set by Sales Manager
Providing high levels of Client Service your base of existing accounts
Responding to sales and quotation requests from clients and prospects
Dispute resolution regarding stock, invoicing and distribution discrepancies
Ensuring client job requirements are clearly understood and providing instructions that are accurate to ensure that the work is both timely and profitable

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven sales track record
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to build & sustain client relationships
Account management/Customer service experience
Highly developed written & verbal communication skills
Exceptional Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team based environment
